When you begin, you must select the type of workspace you want to create.
A workspace is a centralized and dedicated space where multiple workflows are organized and overseen, shared resources are managed, and user access is controlled.
Within a workspace, you'll create one or more workflows. A workflow is a pipeline that guides your data from start to finish. It includes several key components:
Import Channels: Where data enters the system (i.e., FTP, Email, API).
Processing Blocks: Where data is transformed or analyzed.
Reviewing Blocks: Where you or your team can check the processed data.
Export Channels: Where data is exported from our platform (i.e., FTP, Email, API)
Create Your Workspace
Our platform provides three templates to help you create a workspace tailored to your needs:

Workspace for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Applications
Assisted Workspace for Simple Data Point Extraction
Custom Workspace
Recommended Start: We suggest you begin with the Workspace for RAG Applications. This template is designed to automatically segment and structure your uploaded documents, making managing and interacting with your data easier.
In this workspace, you'll have the ability to chat with your documents, leveraging advanced segmentation and structuring techniques for smart chunking. This ensures that the answers generated by the Large Language Model (LLM) are not only accurate and reliable but also traceable, providing you with a secure data processing environment.
Additionally, you can re-use the structured data and data chunks downstream in your own RAG pipeline, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of your data processing workflows.
