Workspaces can be created and edited by users in the role of ADMINistrators Workflow managers and accessed also by Case handlers.
A workspace in the Acodis platform is a centralized and dedicated space where multiple workflows are organized and overseen, shared resources are managed, and user access is controlled. Typically one workspace per department or organization team is created that share the same access rights. Each workspace works as an isolated environment preventing unintended data transfer between each other.
Within a workspace, you'll create one or more workflows for document processing. For more information on those refer to Workflow.
The Acodis platform provides three templates to help you create a workspace tailored to your needs:
Assisted Workspace, for a guided setup of a simple data extraction workflow
Custom Workspace, for advanced document workflows including digital twin workflows, data extraction involving complex document structures
AI-Ready Data, for a pre-configured workflow to pre-process documents for optimal RAG-pipeline results. Additionally, a chat-with-your-documents functionality lets you directly test the results.
Where it is Used
In the home screen of the Acodis platform, you can create workspaces and choose the desired workspace template.
Getting Started
Log in the the Acodis platform
On either the home screen or the workspace tab, hit “Create Workspace” or “New Workspace”
Select the desired workspace template
