Optional Tables
Description
It is now possible to configure a table as optional. This will allow documents missing the table in question to be exported if all other validations are ok.
Configuration
Create a table Annotation and edit its schema.
An option to configure if the document should be exported if the table is not found is now available at the top left corner of it’s schema.
Effects
Training
If the table was not detected or manually annotated and:
“Export document if table not found” is false - Table is shown in red.
“Export document if table not found” is True - Table is shown in green.
As all other validations this is only informative for the user and publishing is always possible.
Production
If the table was not detected or manually annotated and:
“Export document if table not found” is false - Automatic export is interrupted and a review is required. The table is shown in red and the document is not valid until the table is added.
“Export document if table not found” is True - Automatic export is not interrupted and the table is shown in green.
User Login Audit Logging
Description
When a user logs in to the Platform an entry of type ”User Management” is created in the Platform’s Audit Log.
