Audit Log extension for Data Retention Events
The set of events that are logged in the Audit Log has been extended with events concerning Data Retention and automatic deletion. These events include deleting transactions and running garbage collection.
In the following table, you can see all events that are being logged, with the addition of the aforementioned cases.
The logged events carry information about what was modified and in which form, as well as who performed the modification.
We describe this information by:
Module: Describes the kind of artefact that was modified (e.g., a Transaction or Workflow)
Affected Item: Shows the name of the affected resource (e.g., a document name)
Affected Item ID: Shows the ID of the affected item
Action: Describes what was done (e.g., a transaction was deleted)
Changes: Details the exact changes that were made (e.g., which users had access to a workflow before and after a modification)
