New Features
Support for automated page rotation correction
The platform now has improved support for page rotation correction, where skewed pages can be automatically restored.
This feature is disabled by default to avoid interference with existing configurations and can be enabled by the Acodis support.
Export Usage statistics as CSV
Administrators can now download usage statistics as a CSV file, where the aggregation period and date range can be specified.
The export will contain the usage data from the specified date range, using the configured aggregation period, separately for each workflow.
Using the Export
button at the top right corner in the Usage Statistics view prompts you with a dialog to configure your export:
An aggregation period (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly) and a date range can be selected:
The respective CSV file is exported:
Disable data retention policies
It is now possible to disable automatic cleanup in the Data Retention settings by selecting none of the available transaction stati (=disabled). Doing this will result in transactions not being deleted automatically - regardless of their age.
Previously, selecting none of the stati was equivalent to selecting all of them (=any).
When disabling the data retention policy, cleaning up old documents from production must be performed manually.
Usability Improvements
Disable table support at the Category level
It is now possible to disable the table support at the category level when Table support is activated.
Simply check the option “Disable Table Support” before adding any documents to the training set.
If table support is not required for a given category, disabling it will reduce the processing time for each document.
Override Export file extension when using an XSLT for Expert Mode
It is now possible to override the default file extension for an export file when an XSL transformation to a format other than XML is used.
The custom extension option is available in the Export step and will only be used if an XSLT is set.
