New Features
Configurable Categorization Confidence Thresholds
Description
Training
In addition to setting confidence thresholds for the prediction of individual data points, it is now possible to configure such a threshold for the document categorization confidence, meaning the certainty the classifier has in categorizing documents. This threshold can be configured before publishing a workflow in the Finalize Step of the workflow wizard.
Production view
If the confidence of the category prediction is above the high threshold, the document will be processed automatically (if no other reason for a review exists).
If the categorization confidence lies between the low and the high threshold, the document will also be processed automatically, unless another reason for a review exists.
In this case, the document’s category will display a warning icon and when hovering over it, the accuracy percentage will be displayed.
If the confidence of categorization is below the low threshold, the document will not be processed automatically and stays in the “Pending Review” status.
The document’s category will display a warning icon and when hovering over it, the accuracy percentage will be displayed.
Review view
Accuracy above the high threshold
The category selector is shown with a high accuracy in green.
Accuracy between the low and the high thresholds
The category selector is shown with a medium accuracy in yellow.
Accuracy under the low threshold
The category selector is presented with a low accuracy in red and with a warning popup.
Usability Improvements

The workflow menu is redesigned to provide direct navigation to specific parts of the workflow configuration.
Workflow Settings - This option leads directly to the workflow finalization screen where it’s name, access management and production confidence thresholds can be configured.
Training Files - This option leads directly to the Workflow Category management view.
Labeling - This option leads directly to the Labeling view.
Import channels - This option leads directly to the Automation view’s Import Channels Tab.

Detailed Workflow information via tooltips
When hovering over a workflow’s status indicator, it’s state is being displayed in a tooltip. This conveys information such as the workflow’s running state and currently published version.
Workflow Version is displayed when hovering a document’s status
When hovering over a document’s status indicator, the workflow version used to process it is displayed in a tooltip.
Right click on thumbnail to open manipulation menu
It is now possible to also open the thumbnail manipulation menu by right clicking the thumbnail.
Aggregated errors/warnings in Table Parts
