New Features

[Expert Mode] Icon Recognition Step for SVG Icons in PDF Files

This release allows you to recognize SVG icons in PDF files by selecting each icon only once throughout your whole collection and adding it to the newly introduced Icon Recognition step.

Define Icons

1. Add “Icon Recognition” Step.

2. Select the icon.

3. Right-click on the “Icon Recognition” Step and save your selection as a vector icon.

Recognize Icons in Documents

1. Open a document with the Analysis containing the “Icon Recognition” Step.

2. The icon will be recognized and displayed in the Export view.

3. The exported XML contains a reference to the icon and its defined Name Tag.
   
   

[Expert Mode] Element Grouping Based on Rectangular Area Boxes.

Certain layouts require grouping content together for other steps to work properly.

By running the Reading Order Step in the example below, the text on the left interferes with the text in the box because the separating line is invisible to the text building.
